If you understand that a violation is being committed environmental laws: as well as actions that affect any of our natural systems - not only those of the karst, proceed to document the same with photos or a short video with a camera that can be the one of your cell phone. Try to obtain information from the sign indicating the project number and other important information. If there is no sign, this is most likely already a violation of the law. Send the information to relevant agencies such as the Dept. of Natural and Environmental Resources, including the Environmental Quality Board and National Parks, EPA, Governor's Office, print media, radio and television, and social media.
